Ochoa to the rescue!! What a performance by the Mexican keeper! While Mexico's attack consisted of long range prayers, Ochoa was busy dancing on his head to hold on to the scoreless game. Phenomenal saves on Neymar and Thiago Silva left Ochoa's face flabbergasted, likened to an out of body experience. Mmph, that's the spirit of the game right there!

In the other matches, Belgium finally shook off a feisty Algerian camp (2-1), and Korea failed to drop Russia to their knees in submission (1-1).

As for our pool, The German Native has released himself as a hungry hound, climbing the rankings with a vengeance! And I have trudged lower into the cellar with my water weighted clogs... Still lots of pool points left however!
